Stayed here for 5 nights last week with my son. We were given the Studio suite which is situated down from the main building in a former farmhouse. This was a bonus as it was spacious and had kitchen facilities. The hotel is set in rolling farmland and is quite peaceful (apart from when the hotel is under the flight... More

Stayed here for two nights earlier this week and had a lovely, relaxing time. Old style hotel, full of character, beautifully kept with amazing food, and possibly the best 'pud' I have ever had, worth staying just for that, you won't be disappointed!

Hi spent 2 night at Enterkine House on 3rd August. One of the best stay's ever. We booked through Secret escapes and this is a secret that I am happy to share. We stayed in the Boswell. I was impressed by the size of the room, bathroom. You could have had a whole family over for a party. The food... More

Spent a few nights at this hotel for the Commonwealth Games and thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed in the Marguerite Suite which was spacious and had what was possibly the largest/best bathroom of anywhere I've ever stayed ! The staff were all very nice and friendly and offered very helpful advice about getting around Glasgow. The surroundings are also amazing... More

I attended this hotel for a wedding in March 2014 and for one night. The wedding party had exclusive access to the entire hotel. My room was the ex-honeymoon suite so it was very big and had a huge balcony that looked out across the hills. I really can't fault the views from this hotel! The location is a bit... More

Stayed here on Sunday night and once again could not fault it. We got a great deal last minute and had nearly booked dinner until other plans came up. When I booked I requested the Marguerite suite and would recommend you do the same unless Enterkine View is available and the sun is shining. Unfortunately, this was not available on... More

Just returned home after enjoying a superb dinner with friends at this most beautiful country house hotel. Pre-dinner drinks enjoyed on comfy sofas by the fireside in the tastefully decorated dining room, then shown to our table which had lovely views over the rolling farmlands of South Ayrshire. The menu was varied, the food beautifully presented and every course ABSOLUTELY... More

We recently spent two lovely nights at Enterkine House. The setting is idyllic with views of beautiful gardens and rolling countryside. It is peaceful, and the room we had was spacious and beautifully furnished. Everything spoke of comfort, of excellent housekeeping, delicious food and friendly helpful service. We could not believe the final bill - we've paid as much for... More

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Enterkine hotel, it was such a relaxing treat. The woodland lodge was fantastic, it was nice to try something a little different. It became warm in the lodge and it would of been nice to have a fan in the room - apart from this is was wonderful! The staff were... More

Enterkine House Hotel is in a lovely rural situation. The gardens and countryside were full of colour when we were there. It was a great base from which to explore Arran, Burns Country and Ayrshire. Our room was large and comfortable with wonderful views over the countryside. Our en-suite bathroom was huge! Homemade shortbread with the tea-tray in our room... More
