We had an overnight stay and it was a delight. The owner and her daughter could not have been more helpful. The guest house is beautifully appointed and the dog - Goldie - is lovely. Situated close to the front and very accessible to the town.

Reading the reviews for this bed and breakfast we expected a lot more for our money. The rooms were clean the breakfast was ok nothing special as the kitchen was too close to the dining area and you were made too feel you had too eat everything that was put in front of you. The welcome was the same as... More

With one queen bed and one twin, room #7 was perfect for myself, my husband and our 15 yr old son. It is a ground floor room which can open directly onto the garden in back. Lovely black and white ensuite, recently renovated it seemed. We were greeted with tea and shortbread in the garden with information about Ayr, restaurants,... More

Breakfast is delicious and plentiful to get your day started. Convenient location near activities, restaurants and attractions. Play the mini golf just outside Jan's back gate. Wonderful garden to enjoy a quite evening and... More

Only sorry that we could just stay for one night in this fabulous place. Spotlessly clean, nice modern room with some lovely furniture, comfy beds and nice quality bedding. Fudge and divine homemade shortbread were additional nice touches. Breakfast was brilliant - warm croissants, great jams, and a good variety of teas as well as a huge Scottish breakfast. Jan... More
