Had a lovely meal in the Kirkton Inn, food and service great. Stayed in a twin room that was noisy, bar through the wall. Bathroom sink constantly dripped, and shower cut-out mid shower. Room need updated not at the standard advertised on their website.

Over-priced and over-stated, over-blown and over-rated. At £80 for a twin bedded room on a Friday night, this place was simply not worth it. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and we enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant from an extensive menu at reasonable prices. The room was comfortable and clean, the only downside was that we were in a room at the front of the hotel and you could hear the door 'beeping' every time someone walked through.Would definitely recommend...
