I had a very enjoyable stay here, I had a sea view, comfy room en-suite shower/toilet and very handy for the local town. It's very well placed for tourists about 2 mins walk from the sea. There's plenty to do in Ayr, from golf to horse racing and some nice restaurants nearby.

over priced, breakfast was very poor, under staffed and would not recommend!!

stayed here in june 2007 on a golfing holiday,booked 2 single rooms at a very good price of £28 pppn.the rooms were small but fine.The breakfasts were very good and the staff friendly.All in all a nice place to stay.

I stayed a few days in Windsor Hotel. Good breakfast, PC for internet, rooms are comfortable, owner is very helpfull. And 2 minutes away from sea.
