Son and I stayed 2 nights. Late arrival from airport but rapid check-in. Couple of drinks at bar, fairly expensive. Room great and set up as requested. Everything clean. Slept well both nights with no noise from the, clearly visible, motorway. Breakfast was chaos. The hotel was full and the staff appeared to be taken by surprize that a lot... more

We stayed here a on route to Florida a few years ago. My stepdad phoned them six months in advance, requesting a double room for him and my mother and one with two single beds and a couch-bed for me, my sister and my cousin. On arrival, we were given a room with a double bed and a couch-bed. They... more

I complained to the night porter about noise from the room next door. This was at 2.00 am. The night porter agreed to move me to another room (Room 101 - I did not appreciate the joke at the time). I moved to the new room and tried to get back to sleep, which I finally did. At 5.10 am... more

The guest who wrote this review did not mention that we refunded a nights stay with our apologies which is in line with our Good Night Guarantee. I would also like to apologise again in this public forum for the inconvenience he experienced as it is not the normal standard of service we offer.

We had superb check in while Donna dealt so friendly and efficienlty with formal paperwork a gentleman with spectacles at check out gave our two grandsons each a Premier Inn bag full of goodies to keep them occupied. We have stayed many times at this Inn and now feel we should let others know where to get a great nights... more

The hotel is situated close to the airport terminal building but we couldn’t see an obvious pedestrian route to walk over there with luggage. We were able to park overnight outside the hotel at no extra cost and in the morning just drove to the nearby NCP Long Stay Car Park. There we only had to allow about 10/15 minutes... more

My husband and I stopped here 19/01/09 as we were catching an early morning flight the following day. We booked a "park & stay" package on line to be refreshed for the morning and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received from the hotel staff. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, asking if we had stayed... more

Stayed over for just one night midweek. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms spacious and clean. Just a snack for lunch from the bar, but the food was good, reasonably priced and service excellent. Didin't have dinner at the hotel, but breakfast was very good ( Children U16- breakfast free of charge) and again the service was very effiecient. Bar prices... more

We arrived at the hotel early before check in time, but as our room was ready we were able to check in early. The room was clean and spacious with a double bed and single bed. From our room window we could see the fly over for the motorway, but did not hear any sound from it at all. There... more

I stayed here the night before returning to the States and found it to be a very nice and economical place to stay within walking distance of the terminal. After first finding the Holiday Inn Express to be booked for the night, I ventured here to find rooms for about 1/3 the price of the Holiday Inn Express. The staff... more
