“christmas dinner at the Glenniffer Hotel”

Staff were very nice however meal was dreadful cheap turkey roll which was burned roast potatoes which were the same and overcooked veg that looked cheap and nasty.Far too many people crammed into the function room wondered if it was in breach of health and safety.felt like a works canteen.certainly wont be back.party of nine couldnt leave quick enough would... Room was clean, breakfast was really good. Staff were nice. Only downside was that there was no shower.

This hotel was in my opinion appauling. It did not have room service as advertised on the web site, not any restraurant other than a carvery on a Sunday and breakfast. The place was not as clean as we are used to, the bed to a poor standard, and the whole place generally in serious need of upgrading and rennovations... More
