Our biggest complaint with this hotel was the quality of service from staff. They were either poorly trained or didn't care. We felt that by registering with our credit card that we should not have to register it again in order to receive bar and dining room service. It would have helped if this policy had been explained when we... more

Stayed here 2 nights Feb 09. Clean comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, good food breakfast and lunch - didnt have dinner here. Free minibus to airport - never had to wait more than 5 minutes, very near airport but no aircraft niose as good sound insulation. Comfortable bar with TV's but no draught beer, only bottled and quite expensive. more

After reading reviews of the hotel , apprehensively booked it after getting a good price . Any reservations quickly disapperaed , the room was modern and clean and the front of desk staff very helpful. We had an early morning flight and arrived at the hotel after 9pm my daughter was hungry and we got a really nice pizza and... more

Stayed here on the way home from skiing at Glencoe. We only paid £45 for a twin room through a website so probably a bit less than the standard tariff. Room was clean and comfortable and probably one up on the usual premier inns and the like. The major disapointment was the bar. We were planning on having a few... more

“Not Amazing - Definitely Not Comfortable.” I stayed at this hotel en route to my best friends wedding abroad, and to say that a family room was what we recieved is nothing short of blasphemous! For 4 people sharing a room "family room" consisted of 1 double bed and one fold down couch! The fold down couch was a joke,... more

The staff were very misreable and clearly did not want to bother serving cusotmers. Food in the restaurant was slow and poor. Overall the real let down was the attitude of the satff would never stay at another Ramada hotel. I waited outside in the rain for half an hour for the bus to the terminal i could of walked... more

1) I called from the air port for the shuttle. I was told where to go and wait for them. I sat there in a drizzle of rain for an hour. Since I am from the US, I didn't have a mobile phone to call and find out what the problem was. 2) When I got to the hotel, I... more

I stayed for one night on business. The hotel is newish and the rooms are excellent especially for the price. I had room service which was OK and served on time. My main issue is that at 4AM in the morning I received a wake up call. Note this is an airport hotel so you have people arriving all hours.... more

Stayed here for one night before flight and a very good airport hotel, you get courtesy bus to hotel which is just a few minutes away (within walking distance although you end up walking along motorway which aint really a good ideal like I found out). Rooms very cheap (about £55), clean comforable and modern. Budget prices and high class... more

Stayed here 1 night after arriving at Glasgow airport en route to the Highlands. (Pointer, you can get a courtesy bus to the hotel by using a phone in the main terminal building by international arrivals). The room was clean, spacious and modern, and the soundproofing was very good. There was a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water, and... more
