An establishment which deserves its excellent ratings! We were given a warm welcome on arrival along with useful local information. Our room exceeded expectations with many small but welcome touches to make our stay more comfortable, such as a proper teapot and fresh milk. The room itself was spacious and well furnished, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, both... More

We were there much too short--less than 24 hours. A lovely garden and serene area to walk. Nice big rooms, baths, linen sheets, feather pillows, a wonderful sitting room downstairs for all. We stayed in quite a number of guest houses and B & B's while in the UK--this had the best and more beautiful breakfast--hands down! Off the beaten... More

This was our first stop after flying into Scotland and after flight, driving through rain, and long day we were immediately welcomed sweetly by Heather, shown our room, and settled in to what was an thoroughly pleasant stay. She helped arrange a pick up from a local restaurant we had booked ourselves for dinner, and we found our room facing... More

Really enjoyed a two night stay. Dalshian is a lovely place to stay only a couple of minutes drive from the centre of Pitlochry. Loved the beautiful grounds that this splendid looking building is set in. Warmly welcomed upon arrival by our host and given some useful tourist information for the surrounding area. Slept like a baby in the comfortable... More

I would come back for the breakfasts alone. The selection at the buffet is outstanding ,the cooked breakfast delicious and the preserves tempted me to eat far more toast than I should have done. After a long drive [from Thurso] we were anxious for a good night's sleep and thought that central Pitlochry might be rather noisy on a Saturday... More

We had a weekend break recently at Dalshian House, and highly recommend it! It's a beautiful place and although it's near the road and railway we weren't at all troubled by noise, in fact it felt very peaceful and secluded. Heather gave us a warm welcome even though we had been delayed and arrived late, and our room was clean,... More

We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights, we were warmly greeted & looked after from start to finish. The room was large with everything we needed & the shortbread with tea/coffee tray was delicious. The breakfast was great, lots of choice with excellent presentation. Thanks Peter & Joanne

We've taken the family room a few times now and love it up there. While it's not in the centre of Pitlochry, just at the south it is such a short hop and gives you a chance to fill the tank before the next day's outing. This last time we took up the offer for a packed lunch and were... More

When choosing accommodation in Pitlochry we first wanted to book a place right in the center of town. However when we saw Dalshian House online and read the fab reviews we knew we found the perfect place to stay! Just a very short drive from town Dalshian House is surrounded by a wonderful garden. It was indeed a superb stay!... More

Stayed at Dalshian House B&B just outside of Pitlochry Scotland. Rooms were spacious and large. Bathroom has great shower. Was happy to see owners had 2 Irish setters as we were missing our 4 legged kids. Breakfast was cooked to order and plentiful. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Pitlochry area.
