We stayed at that hotel one night at the Easter weekend. It was busy there but you wouldn't know! The four poster suite was absolutely stunning! Very romantic place! Good location- close to the restaurants and shops, quiet and date say feeling secluded despite being practically at the main road. I cam recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place... more

We stayed here for 1 night on Bank Holiday weekend and found the hotel and staff to be superb. The rooms (Superior doubles) were beautiful and the service/facilities and food were excellent. Just a two minute walk to the main shopping area, for restaurants and shops. Lovely clean facilities would highly recommend to all ages, for overnight stay or longer... more

I have required the hotel to provide some business functions for me, e.g. recieving and sending courier packages, nothing was too much trouble.... more

We arrived at the hotel after a very bad experience at the Loch Rannich Hotel & Resort. The Claymore was a fantastic hotel, very personal and cosy. The staff and service was second to none, and the room very clean and well presented. Nothing was forgotten, and the hotel even had quite a good DVD collection, with DVD players in... more

I stayed here with my husband and 2 other couples for three nights in June. Our rooms were clean and attractive. There was a hairdryer, nice towels, and TV (only 4 channels - but you shouldn't be watching TV on vacation anyway!). Each of the three rooms varied in size (but not in price). One couple in our group had... more
