Spent sadly only one night here. A. Very wonderful place. Our room was excellent with great views. The breakfast room has absolutely great views of beautiful wooded gardens. Lots of birds and red squirrels! Could have stayed for several days. Pitlochry is a wonderful area.

Beautiful B&B with a fantastic Scottish breakfast. We have stayed in B&Bs across Scotland and this has to be the best. Can't recommend it enough.

We spent two nights and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and given lots of information about the local area and even booked us a table for dinner. The house and grounds are absolutely stunning and the interior is luxurious without being stuffy. The homemade food and local produce are also worth a mention and made breakfast a... More

Hi AnnaW2012. Thanks for the review and I am pleased to hear you had a great time and didn't want to leave...........you'll have to make another visit! It's also good to hear the red squirrels are still performing to a high standard at breakfast. See you next time. Thanks again, Struan. More

Torrdarach House was the eighteenth bed and breakfast we had enjoyed on our once in a lifetime tour and was clearly the best. On an elevated position above Pitlochry, the dining room and sitting room had beautiful views of the woodland garden below. Our upstairs bedroom was large, very light and airy, with elegant furnishings, a brilliant ensuite and a... More

Hello Bob T. That's quite a recommendation you have left about us! I particularly like the 'bucket list' reference. I am delighted the four of you enjoyed yourselves and thanks very much for taking the time to post a review. If you make another trip to Scotland it would be nice to see you again. Sometimes you read trip advisor and hope the place will live up to your expectations - Torrdarach House will. Clean, comfortable & welcoming. What makes it stand out is Struan & Louise's obvious pride in their home and their desire for you to enjoy your experience. We stayed in Room 1 with lovely views, sparkling clean and very tastefully decorated.... More

Hi cazanchris. Thanks for the fantastic review and for taking the time to post a few photos as well. Good to hear the red squirrels performed for you at breakfast. We seem to be attracting more of them all the time. Two in a feeding box at the same time last week! Hopefully we will see you again at Torrdarach... More

We stayed at the end of March for a short weekend visit to Pitlochry. We were welcomed by friendly and welcoming hosts, who were happy to tell us about the area and recommend places to eat. The whole house was stunningly decorated and feels wonderfully cosy. We stayed in room 1 which had lovely views out of both windows and... More

The Torrdarach House is one of those places you feel really stupid to have booked for only one night, like we did. Because from the moment you come from the front gate you feel like you've arrived to a place that could be your dream house, cosy and friendly, and at the same time you get all the pampering and... We can't say enough about this wonderful guest house. . . or the appointments. . . or the food. . . or the darling hosts. We spent 8 nights there and got to try out three rooms in the process.
