We stayed overnight at the hotel and had afternoon tea there too. It was great value all round and the room was very comfortable. The location is ideal as a base for exploring the surrounding area.

Fawlty Towers style service and very poor food at the Bothy Bar. Scampi appeared to have no fish in them, the chips were huge reconstituted mashed potato affairs. One diners food came after everyone else had finished, and if the mashed potato that came with the lamb was not packet it tasted like it.
