My wife and I spent one night 8th/9th November 08. Everything was excellent, except the weather, room was excellent, new shower unit, small flat screen tv,tea and coffee making facilities in the room, could not fault it and all at a very reasonable price. All the staff, without exception, were friendly and very helpful, would highly recommend it. Ellis and Irene Shand Aberdeen more

We recently stayed in Pitlochry for one night in order to see the Enchanted Forest. We ended up at the Craigvrack after our original booking at another hotel had to be changed due to building works. I was a little concerned at first about the walk up the hill with two young children but actually it wasn't far and there... more

Before we booked we checked the Trip advisor reviews, But this hotel has recently been taken over and we found ourselves in unchartered waters. We have enjoyed many holidays in Scotland and we have made some wonderful scottish freinds. We always choose family owned hotels or guesthouses because our girls thrive in a family atmosphere and it is important that... more

Small but nice hotel in an ideal setting - although for elderly or infirm residents the uphill walk from the town centre to the hotel should be borne in mind. The distance is roughy 400 to 500 metres from Pitlochrie main street. Stayed for three nights on half-board basis. Food was excellent. Bedroom was very small but adequate. Nice litlle... more

We were visiting the Enchanted Forest and Chose to stay in the Craigvrack. The pictures don't do this place justice, very friendly, great location, very clean. Bedrooms were big and comfortable and had everything you needed. Last down for breakfast but still greeted with a warm smile and lovely views from the window in the restaurant. Brekkie was also delicious!... more

Rooms very clean and neat. Ask for a room at the fron of the hotel for great uninterupted views. Food was Ok but could have been better. Very good value for money. Reasonably priced nice bar with stunning views. more
