Colin and Lena certainly make you feel welcome in their beautiful home. Step into the welcoming lounge and you'll be introduced to other guests, and have a mug of something hot in one hand and delicious shortbread in your other within seconds. We stayed last weekend having left Edinburgh due to over-priced hotels (rugby related). A warm welcome and room was as we expected albeit a little tight for space once a cot and sofa-bed were in place (as expected). From the phonecall to book to checkout the service and quality of this B&B was excellent. Dalgrenie is situated 1 mile off the main A9 road in Blair Atholl and approx 7 miles from Pitlochry. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with genial mine hosts. Rooms spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast esp eggs and mushrooms. Very helpful in pointing out local visitor attractions. Well worth a visit. more

We stayed at the Dalgreine in May 2006 and would highly recommend it. The room was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The homemade marmalade was an extra nice touch. more
