Absolutely amazing. James and Kirsty made us feel v welcome. Accommodation was immaculate and food wonderful. The various places to just chill out made us feel right at home. Nice touch is the dvds that are made available to all guests to borrow. Honesty bar is also a nice touch. Already booked next visit.

Lovely Queen size room with all the trimmings. Beautiful gardens with views across the valley. Outdoor or indoor sitting with views. Self serve scotch at the bar, and beautiful choices for hot breakfast (Scottish style).

Wasn't sure what to expect as this was a very last minute trip but boy were we happy with this choice! Me and my other half stayed for 4 nights and we could not have asked for a better stay! The rooms are exquisite, super comfy beds, very spacious and wonderful views. Cannot fault it! They have their own bar... More

Stayed one night to visit the Enchanted forest. We stayed in the Spey room which was a large double room with nice views over the garden. Very good quality breakfast. Great hosts. Hope to return for a longer stay.

This B&B is run by very kind people, who endeavor to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. With the staff being ready for you from early morning until late evening, we felt very well taken care of. The rooms were good and the breakfast astounding. The place is not cheap, but well worth it.

I stayed here earlier this month on a first time solo vacation in Scotland and didn't want to leave after a delightful six day stay. Kirsty and James are perfect hosts. The room was beautiful with amazing views. The breakfasts were delicious and perfectly prepared. The honor bar is a cozy place to meet other guests over drinks. I will... More

Another visit to Pitlochry and a visit would not be complete without a stay in this great bed and breakfast. We as a family have been using this place for the last four years and have always enjoyed the hospitality of the extremely comfortable place. The rooms are beautifully presented with lovely Scottish Fine Soaps in the bathroom. The breakfast... More

I stayed here with my son for 2 nights while visiting the Enchanted Forest. It is very special. The view from our room was lovely and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The breakfast was outstanding with excellent choices and generous portions. Cap this all off with a cosy honesty bar and excellent hosts.... More

We stayed here whilst visiting the Enchanted Forest. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and breakfast was great. We had the full Scottish breakfast and it was a huge portion, but very tasty. The views from the dining room are stunning. Would recommend this hotel.

Second time staying here, this time for the Etape Caledonia weekend. Had another great stay, James and Kirsty were excellent hosts. My husband was taking part in the Etape Caledonia cycle sportive and was given a nice early (5:30!) breakfast on the day of the event. As I was 6 months pregnant I had a slightly easier weekend and enjoyed... More
