We paid extra to stay in an executive room, and were very pleasantly surprised by the room size. The room was in the annex and although it was upstairs and had a sloping roof with Velux windows it was very large and airy. The bathroom was large too, although why no one thought to fit a separate shower cubicle in... more

Pitlochry is a lovely little town at the gateway to the highlands, we stayed at the old mill inn, which we booked through laterooms, and paid about £25 per person bed and breakfast. Bargain! We got upgraded to a executive room, lovely big spacious room, mineral water etc.. We ate in the bar beside the fire, and had lovely Aberdeen... more

I booked this on line directly with the hotel - we were two couples looking for a one night stay in or around Pitlochry. We were offered the superior rooms which I booked at a price of £120 per room for the night inc. breakfast. We had just stayed the night before in Glasgow City Centre at The Arthouse which... more

We have eaten, and stayed at the Old Mill Inn for some six years, and find the food and accommodation is of great quality. We recommend the pub to our friends and enjoy visiting Pitlochry and the Old Mill Inn. The bedrooms are lovely. Breakfast is a highlight and we have never encountered any problems here. more

I remember coming here as a child for a bar lunch with my parents, and I had been a few times over the years, and always remember it being quite quaint and thought it would be good to return when we were in Pitlochry for a weekend. BAD IDEA!!!!! We were just going to have a meal. I wasn't looking... more

We stayed at the Old Mill in for 3 nights towards the end of May. We were disappointed with the overall standard given the reviews we has previously read and it was most definately not worth £50 per person per night! Rooms were clean on the surface but could have done with a deep clean, and we were disgusted to... more

This hotel is perfectly located. It is located in the town centre so you can walk the town centre area easily. It is within walking distance of the suspended foot bridge, the rivier, and the restaurants. The room was very large and clean. The view was not good but the room itself was fantastic. We had a great nights sleep... more

Spacious, clean room with a nice bar/restaraunt attached.Food was nice and plenty to choose from and all this right in the centre of Pitlochry. Prices for food and drink on par with other... more

My wife and I stopped in Pitlochry for dinner, and as we browsed the menus of the numerous restaurants and pubs we discovered a pub back from the street, my wife liked the look of the menu, so in we squeezed as it was extremely busy- that had to be a good sign! We had stumbled on the best pub... more
