We were staying in Pitlochry for only one night for the "Winter Words" event in the Theatre, but would unhesitatingly recommend Annslea for a longer stay in the area. Karen and Gerry give a warm and friendly welcome and offer helpful advice about the neighbourhood amenities. The double room we had is spacious, comfortable and immaculately presented. Breakfast was also... More

Just returned from an overnight stay while visiting the Enchanted Forest. Stayed in the Family Suite (2 adults and 2 children), which was great as felt like your own holiday house and size great for the kids. Very friendly owner (Gerry) and Mary (breakfast) very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and catered well for the kids. Very short walk... More

Stayed here after recommendation by friend - lovely B&B and really enjoyed our stay. I stayed with my daughter (8) in the family suite which was huge and we used the DVD player and watched Frozen before enjoying the Enchanted Forest in Pitlochry (also worth a visit). Breakfast was lovely, and Mary was very friendly and helpful. Karen, the owner,... More

Thank you very much to Karen for accommodating us at short notice on our way home. We stayed in a very comfortable double room for just the one night [sadly!] and it proved a wonderful stop over, as I had driven far enough for one day ! We were in bed early and enjoyed an undisturbed sleep and I felt... More

Very old Character house that fits in with the towns age. Don't stay in room "G" if you need to swing a cat, very tiny and claustrophobic with bugger all hanging space. Ask for a front facing room upstairs. Don't worry about the busy road outside nor the train track across the road, you'll get used to it. Breakfast times... More

Very nice B and B. Quiet area of town, which is a plus. Within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Bedding and shower were great nothing to fault that! Breakfast was very nice as well, lot's to choose from. Hosts were very welcoming and kind and the wifi worked perfectly. Highly recommended great value for money!

Really can't fault this lovely Guest House. We received a very friendly welcome. Our room was large, beautiful, spotless and comfy. The location is great - a short walk in to town for an evening meal (try the Auld Smithy), lots to do nearby and a great location for venturing up in to the highlands. Breakfast was also good -... Stayed here for 1 night with my other half. Owners were really friendly. Chatty and helpful but not overbearing. House was beautifully decorated, everything was exceptionally clean and room was very cosy. It wasn't massive but more than big enough for a night or two. Breakfast was good - nice fruit salad, yummy poached eggs on toast. Slightly bigger plates... More

We recently spent three nights in the guest house and were completely satisfied with the services and facilities. The twin bedroom we had may have been slightly small but it was prettily furnished and had everything we needed (including a good view). Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable and everything seemed fresh and bright. The proprietors are just as... More
