On a tight budget motorcycle photographic touring ride of Scotland I had planned on camping but due to snow and cold forecast I needed a real roof over my head. An Internet search and I found this place, Ryan has a gem of a place. Great facilities and an even better atmosphere. I was spoiled as I had my six... More

Stayed by myself for a few days while walking and exploring. Super hostel. A properly excellent place to stay. Bright, clean, comfortable, cosy and with great facilities and staff. I shall return again!

I've been to Scotland multiple time and stayed in multiple hostels and this has to be my favorite. It's bright and well maintained. You can't find a better location in Pitlochry and there is plenty of parking. It's on the main street and the co-op is around the corner. It has a big public room where you can find plenty... More

This is an excellent place to stay for a trip to the beautiful Pitlochry. I haven't stayed in the dorms so I can't comment on those, although one of the guests said he really enjoys staying there and finds it great value for money. I stayed in a private room with my daughter back at Easter for a few days... More

This is one of the best hostels we have stayed in since traveling Europe for the past 3 months! The staff is fantastic- very friendly and pointed us in the right direction for all the best foot trails, restaurants, and activities. The hostel was very clean with nice showers and toilets. The hostel is very close to the train station... More

I've rarely stayed in a hostel, normally I camp (in my van), but this time I needed a real rest and so I could be lazy and kip in the daytime so decided to stay in a building, one I could afford. I thought I was really too old (being over 80) but the staff especially Ryan (the boss) were... More

Staff were pleasant to deal with. Free tea and coffee was well used by me. This backpackers hostel was useable, but I was not impressed by the overall untidyness of the hotel and its surroundings. Bed was clean and comfortable. Toilets and showers were too small and now dated. The drying room was cluttered with junk, as was the bike... More

Hi Fabre, Thanks for giving us a review and sorry you were left unhappy with your stay with us.
