How impressive and welsoming to be greeted by this question on check in. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very comfortable and well appointed, the staff were lovely and food and drink both reasonably priced and of a very high standard. Convenient free of charge parking made the stay an easy one. If I ever need to... More

We stayed in October 2014 for my partners birthday and to visit the Enchanted Forrest which was brilliant. I requested a bottle of Champagne and Chocolates for us, on arrival we had a ground floor room with a garden view which was beautiful sitting sipping our champagne watching the train come and go, the room was abit tired but clean.... Fishers Hotel looks and probably was built when the railway arrived in Pitlochry. It is a large, stone built, Victorian hotel right behind the station. Over the years it has been refurbished but still retains its original character. It's what I call a 'creaky' hotel. All the rooms are different, not modern, some brown furniture and very creaky floors and... More

Dear the counsellor, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Fishers Hotel. I am delighted that you enjoyed most aspects of your stay. The team worked hard and long hours over the festive period and I'm sure you will appreciate that they deserved a night out in January. We tried to minimise any impact to... More

The hotel is old, but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is huge and with a lot of diversity. It has a very good location who wants to go for sightseeings in the region of Pitlochry. Car is needed for attractions, your own or hired from touristic agencies (with guides).

Dear tacrmo, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Fishers Hotel. The original part of the hotel dates back to Victorian times, this I believe adds to the charm of the hotel. The views from the bedrooms look over the town, mountains and countryside and they trully are magnifcent. I hope we can welcome you... More

I stayed here with my wife and daughter for Hogmanay, on arrival we were told that we could not join the intertainment due to it being fully booked which is fair enough, but when we booked this on line the web site should have been clearer that this was fully booked at the time of our booking. The staff were... More

Dear John B, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Fishers Hotel. Naturally it disappoints me that you were disappointed with your stay. When booking on line the room and package details are very clear. The Dinner Bed and Breakfast package you booked was exactly that. We have limited places in the ballroom and this... More

Thoroughly enjoyed stay at this hotel. Very obliging and friendly staff. Had a three night stay with dinner, bed and breakfast and could not fault any of the meals. Bedroom spotlessly clean and lovely decor. Already in the process of booking for Hogmanay 2015. Looking forward to return visit. Pitlochry is a beautiful town.
