First visit here with my wife. Chosen after reading others' comments. The Green Park met our needs perfectly; it is difficult to find anything to criticise. In particular, the friendly welcoming attitude of the hands-on owning family members, other managers and the staff generally, combined with excellent attention and service, made for a relaxed and happy 4-day stay. We think... more

We stayed here on the strength of TA recommendations - and would confirm all the great feedback from other guests. When we booked one night at short notice, there was only one double room left - and not a balcony room which I mentioned I had hoped to arrange. Booking by phone could not have been easier, the receptionist was... more

Many reviewers have correctly heaped praise on the way this hotel is set up, and especially the staff approach. I agree wholeheartedly, and particularly liked the many small touches that demonstrate real thoughtful care. A trivial example: when taking your breakfast order, when you request your toast, they ask "would you like it now, or with your cooked dish, or... more

If you are looking for a hotel whos greetings are restricted to "Can I have your credit card details" and who then want you to go to your room and not bother them then forget it . You will have to suffer things like being SHOWN ROUND the hotel facilires on arrival; the offer of free coffee and cakes in... more

Having spent four nights in this hotel at end February/beginning March, we well understand why guests keep returning time and time again and why their recent Newsletter was mailed to no less than 11,654 addresses. Perthshire weather can be raw at this time of year, but no matter how cold outside nothing penetrates the warmth and comfort of the interior,... more

My wife and I had a 3 day break with for DBB. What a place. Staff friendly and can't do enough. for you. Room good size and kept spotless and the food was truly exceptional. Complimentary tea, coffee and cakes in the afternoon and sherry before dinner added to the whole experience. A great setting and great value for money more

Good food, comfortable environment, very, very good service. Discreetly Scottish without tartan or antlers. Nice touch is prints of great Scottish artists' paintings in public areas and bedrooms. more

My family and I are regular visitors to Pitlochry however we have only just discovered the delights of The Green Park! It is without doubt the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The location is stunning - the best spot in Pitlochry, the accomodation first class and the food superb. The greatest accolade I can give is that it... more

Stayed here for 1 night at the beginning of January as a treat for my Mum after New Year. Although I have stayed many times in Pitlochry for the weekend while walking and have had many day visits with friends to go walking, I have never stayed at this hotel. Yes, it is slightly more expensive but you do get... more
