We stayed at the Poplars whilst visiting the Enchanted Forest this October. It is one of the loveliest places that I have stayed in. Elegant and well presented rooms, delicious breakfasts, great location & views. Gerry and Janice were welcoming and friendly and provided us with tips of walks along with maps. I would visit again and have no hesitation... more

We stayed for 10 days at Poplars of Pitlochy with Gerry and Janice and would stay again if visiting the lower Highlands. We drove out each day except for the one day we took the train to Edinburgh (a moderate walk or a short car trip to the station). Breakfasts are great - bowls of fruit, juices, toast, followed by... more

I had the pleasure of staying with Janice and Gerry the first two weeks of September. It was the best holiday I've had in recent memory. They really give 110% for their guests. No request was too small or too great. The hillside location of The Poplars in Pitlochry gives guests a wonderful view of the town and surrounding mountains.... more

What a very nice guest house - lovely room with pleasant views and a decent en-suite. The whole house was immaculate and clean. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We hope to return. Thanks! more

We could not have been better looked after. Our room was immaculate, with style and comfort combined. And the most beautiful views from the bedroom across the valley. The Poplars is very convenient for everything in the town, particularly for the theatre, and Janice and Gerry are warm and friendly hosts, who were always happy to go out of their... more

Breakfast was excellent and Janice and Jerry were very welcoming and helpful. Cannot believe that they have been demoted to no 5. more
