Pitlochry is one of my favorite places in Scotland... and this is a new favorite B & B. The house is beautiful. The new owners, Natalie and Jason, have done a wonderful job on updating the place (with more to come). The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was awesome and abundant. The location (on a hill) had excellent... More

Nathalie and Jason made us feel very much at home before we even got to our room. Our room had a lovely view into Pitlochry, and its beds and bathroom appliances seemed very clean and brand-new. The next morning, a complete and lovely spread of fruits, grains, jams, etc. was waiting in the dining area, where Nathalie personally brought out... More

After finishing the Rob Roy Way, we needed to be pampered and the Poplars was prepared to do so. Natalie and Jason have refurbished this home so well that I left with ideas for my own residence. The food, the rooms, the welcoming nature of this inn should keep them busy with return guests for a long time. I can't... More

Upon finishing the Rob Roy Hike we were hoping to stay at an inn where we could relax and enjoy our accomplishment. Poplars delivered what we wanted plus more in both accommodations and hospitality. Shortly upon our arrival, I asked Jason (who recently purchased and renovated the inn with his wife Natalie) where I could purchase a bottle of champagne... More

My friend and I brought 5 Californian ladies to Pitlochry and each and everyone agreed that our hosts were excellent! Natalie could not have made us feel more welcome. The breakfast was superb, especially the scrambled eggs. Everything about our experience was first rate. Many thanks from the 7 "girls".

We're just disappointed that we didn't discover this b&b before, but better late than never! The Poplars is a great B&B close to the centre of Pitlochry, located in an ideal position giving residents superb views of the surrounding countryside. The rooms are clean, well furnished, comfortable and are a decent size. Crucially, the bed is comfortable and I can... More

Stayed here for 2 nights for a walking weekend. Made very welcome and given lots of advice where to eat or go walking. We stayed at the back of the house (this was explained to us when we booked) in very comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely especially the porridge with brown sugar and whisky! Guest house is within easy walking... More

Last week we stayed for 2 nights at the beautiful Poplars hotel. We were very excited about this hotel after getting a recommendation from a friend. It was a great recommendation!!! The hotel is beautiful and the owners Nathalie and Jason are so welcoming and happy to give both help and advice. We stayed in room 1 and the view... More

the very best B&B in scotland for me! Nathalie and Jason do everything right in their bautyful house. The beds are very comfortable, everything is lovingly decorated, the garden and the terrace are stunning, the breakfast tastes fantastic (the freshly prepared porrige with a few drops of whiskey and honey was delicious!). Many thanks for the hospitality!! I hope, I... More

My two sons and I stayed here on our way to Dornoch. Great B&B. Jason and Nathalie were great hosts despite our late arrival and early departure. Our room as well as the rest of the house was recently refurbished.
