My wife and I stayed here in Sept, after a day at the Ryder Cup. We were met warmly by Lynn who suggested a restaurant for the evening. The room comfortable with a lovely view. Breakfast was good, well cooked, good quality and plenty of it.

The town was lovely, the house itself quite nice. We had booked 2 rooms, 1 for my wife and I the Main room and one with twin beds for our sons. The advertisement said wifi but we could not get wifi in our room, and our sons room they did manage to get it, but it dropped in and out.... More

Can't review the accommodation as we didn't get to stay. We had stayed several years ago so specifically looked for this B and B on this visit. Booked two days ahead of our trip on Woodburn House's own website. When we arrived the guest house owner was very taken aback and didn't know about the booking, despite us showing her... More

The b&b was full of character and we were made to feel very welcome by Lynn and her pooch Buzz. We were in the blue room, which had large, original, sash windows and a high ceiling. The decor was homely and eclectic and the hanging space and bathroom set out so as not to interfere with the original features. The... More

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay here. Very welcoming and lovely room. Breakfast was amazing! Definitely would recommend and return if we are ever back in Pitlochry. It is perfectly situated for the village and Dam and Fish ladder and walking distance from Theatre.

I have stayed at Woodburn several times on my trips home to Scotland from Australia and it was marvellous. Lyn is charming and friendly as were the other members of the family I met and Buzz, glad he's still around. What do people expect from a B&B..it is not a hotel, so take your own toiletries etc lol. I am... More

Good points was Lyn and her lovely dog. The room was pretty, wonderful location, great breakfast and good to have safe storage for bike. Negatives were broken TV, no shampoo and funny smell in en-suite. I feel slighty overpriced for standard but still enjoyed.

Having not been to Pitlochry for several years we contacted Lyn at Woodburn House before reserving our train tickets. We fixed our accommodation and made our plans for our trip knowing we would have a warm welcome.. Certainly we were not disappointed. We were met by Lyn at the station although the distance to walk can be done in less... More

The rooms were sufficient for one night's stay. A bit outdated but clean and functional. The dog does a good job of keeping house! Lynn the owner is helpful and friendly. The house is situated within walking distance of the village.

Stayed with Lynn this year again. Our 3rd time in the Woodburn House. Super room, wondeful location, warm and friendly service, good breakfast, just a stroll over the suspension bridge to the Port-na-Craig. We like it there!
