We had the room on the top floor, with its own bathroom on the same floor. The room was not very big but it was very homy, as was the rest of the house. Helen and Bob gave us very good advices about the local restaurants and attraction. The garden is gorgeous, the whole place is very calm. Breakfast was... More

What a really nice place. First time we had stayed there but will definitely be using it again. The accommodation was comfortable, the breakfast superb and the owners couldn't have been more friendly.

Had a great stay here. Really nice and welcoming owners. Homy feeling. Clean room with all facilities necessary. At walking distance from the centre. At a beautiful location, the backside of the house is pointed towards a forrest with a stream. Really peaceful and quiet at night so we had a good night's sleep. The centre of pitlochry is at... Our family of five, three generations stayed there and had a wonderful time. A lovely place to stay. Very nice people, generous and welcoming. Excelent breakfast. Pitlochry is worthwhile spending time in. A very good base for tour of the area.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to the Highlands. While not within easy walking distance of town, the B&B was clean and very comfortable. The owners have a lovely property that runs downhill to a small brook, with terraces along the path. The hostess was charming and our stay very pleasant.

Set in a lovely location with a beautiful woodland area in the back garden. Friendly welcome & a fantastic view out of my bedroom window. Breakfast was fantastic. It is hard to find a great B & B that doesn't charge a small fortune for travelling solo. Easy access - short walk - into town centre too. I will definitely... More

We only stayed one night as a base for a cycling sportive the following day. Helen was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome to her home. The room and en suite bathroom were both lovely and nicely decorated; and most importantly very clean. Our bikes were safely locked in the garage so we had total peace of... More

Starting from the warm welcome, through the delicious handmade shortbread cookies in the room, the great sense of humor of Helen and the lovely garden surrounding that magic house, everything was entirely unforgettable for us, although we have spent there only one night(unfortunately). The place is quiet, situated out of the centre of Pitlochry. We have had all the necessary... More

The three nights that I spent at the Ashbank House were wonderful. Helen and Bob created an extremely warm and friendly atmosphere which encouraged friendly conversations with the other guests. They spared no effort in making my stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodations were very comfortable, the food was excellent and the location was very convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed... More

I stayed for one night at this B&B. Bob met us at the door and helped with our case he was very friendly and also a Geordie, so lots to talk about. Our room was lovely and the homemade Shortbread on the tea tray were a true treat. The gardens are beautiful with a stream at the bottom of the... More
