I often stay here for business and it is a delightful treat each time. Owners are pleasant and helpful, but in no way intrusive (so often a problem in small B and Bs!). Spotless rooms and comfy lounge. But, most of all, it is the little extras that make this place special and such good value for money - homemade... more

Quiet, comfortable and only a few minutes walk from the centre of Perth. Emma was very helpful & welcoming. Room was good, bathroom was good, breakfasts were wonderful! Great little lounge and a glass of sherry! Highly recommended more

My 9 day stay in Perth (to attend The Open) was made even more wonderful by the owners of Kinnaird Guest House!! The breakfast, room, location and all eminities were top notch!! Emma and Douglas are wonderful hosts and extremely accommodating to all needs. I highly, highly recommend Kinnaird Guest House!! more

Very nice B&B. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was good. The breakfast was delicious. The Sitting room was comfortable and accessible. The proprietors were helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the Kinnaird Guest House. more
