A reasonable guest house just off of the downtown of Perth. The room was comfortable although the bed was very soft (avoid if you like firm beds). There was a good variety for breakfast and we had the opportunity to try the more tradtional foods like kippers,blood pudding and haggis. The owners were very nice and professional. This is in a great location to the city center. Isabel and Richard were very nice. The bedrooms were very clean and it was sweet to have the added touch of the teddy bear sitting on the bed. Breakfast was wonderful. I wish we could of stayed another night. I highly recomend this B&B. more

We stayed at Almond Villa the other day and thought it was marvellous. Easy parking, central location and a great breakfast are good but add the friendly welcome from Isabel and Richard and you have the ideal place for our business visit to Perth. They even recommended a super place to have a mid-day business meeting. Obviously these are people... more

what a welcome we received when we stayed at almond villa. Perth is a great base to tour Scotland. we visited stirling , edinburgh and st andrews in day trips.
