We have stayed in The Parklands a number of times over the last few years and we have to say it is such a pleasure to be able to rely on quality food, service and accommodation. So many hotels we have tried over recent years have been an expensive disappointment for one reason or another. However the Parklands always delivers! We... more

Stayed here recently for a gig in Perth concert hall, great location for getting to the concert hall easily within walking distance, as Perth is such a small place. We stayed in a superior double that was very large, clean and contained a lovely bathroom. When we came back at night there was a function going on in the bar... more

Positives the staff were very pleasant, and the hotel clean. However, our room was small with oversized furniture and our view from the window was a wall. The biggest disappointment was no sound proofing between our room and the one immediately above ours. We found the noise from the room above us at times very intrusive especially early in the... more

As usual our stay at the Parklands Hotel was a pleasure. The food is delicious (they cater brilliantly for vegetarians and vegans) and the rooms are stylishly designed and wondefully comfortable with some having lovely views of the South Inch park. The owners and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. A highly recommended individual hotel. more

I found this site looking for something else and the decided to look up Parklands in Perth where I have been staying for the last 10 years on a fairly regular basis. Over the last 10 years the hotel has been through 3 sets on owners and many changes, it has always had a good reputation both from guests and... more

Please beware, we payed over £100 for a room with a jacuzzi , that was not in fact a jacuzzi, i can only say that if you require to feel like you are being boiled and bubbled like potatoes in a pan then this is for you, one of the buttons was broken and the shower seems to only produce... more

It is great to return to this hotel, this time we booked a 2 night break at £159.00 per person DBB. The food both at the hotel and the restaurant they operate in town is wonderful. The staff are great both out front and in the kitchen. For us cooked breakfast is a real treat with Smoked Salmon and Scrambled... more

Stayed one night, as part of a business trip to the area. The hotel is tidy enough, but I am not sure about STB 4 and AA 3 * ratings. Although I had booked a single room, I was given a beautifully clean small double, which was most acceptable. However, I think a couple would have found the accommodation and... more

We arrived and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, and our bedroom was large with a spacious ensuite. However, the `double' bed was 2 singles pushed together and was an extremely uncomfortable bed with poor quality pillows, non existent fillings! We were both looking forward to our Scottish breakfast on the first morning, however, it was non inspiring. Fruit... more
