A warm welcome from Omy to her modern, clean well-equipped Courtyard accommodation, which can be booked on either a Bed and Breakfast or self-catering basis (the accommodation units are equipped with discrete, neat catering units). Breakfast in Omy’s large homely modern kitchen was enhanced by eggs fresh from the free-range hens on the farm.

Stayed two nights and very satisfied with the accommodation, location and hospitality. Very nice to have your own space and the facilities are excellent. Accommodating host and very peaceful location, exactly what we were after. Only thing that could be improved would be clarity on website on prices of you have b&b or non b&b, as b&b seems optional but... More

Me, my wife and my 3 year sold son booked a room here lastminute when traveling back from Thurso to London. We were so glad we did. We stayed in room 4. It had everything you could possible need, it was super clean and my son even had his own room. In the morning Omy cooked us all breakfast in... More

We stayed here for one night as we were going to a wedding at the nearby Fingask Castle. The b&b was very comfortable and clean with an excellent shower and the owner was very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast room was due to be very busy so we were brought an egg and bacon roll to our room. Best bacon... More

I had to arrange a get together in Dundee and needed a single nights accommodation. I could not have found a more perfect place. The cottage was ideal. Everything was spotless and the cottage was warm and cosy. The finish was to an excellent standard particularly loved the heated floor in bathroom. I would book again in an instant and... More

Found this place by chance when browsing on the web. I stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 2 young children, and used it as a base to explore Perth and Dundee. It is just 10 mins outside Perth, and just off the main A90. The accommodation, converted farm out houses, was great, really clean and cosy, and the... More

I recently stayed here while I was in Scotland watching the Ryder Cup. The accommodation is very difficult to find, even with a sat nav, mainly because the Scottish Tourist Board has refused the owners permission to erect a sign on the main road giving directions to the place. However, if you are coming from the South you will come... More
