Very pleasant staff. Decent conference facilities. Food was very good but service was a tad slow. Restaurant just didn't feel right. It is a room upstairs and feels like a large suite rather than a restaurant. My room was ok but with a train and bus station adjacent it is handy but has the potential to be noisy althoug I... more

Great location for centre of Perth with lots of free parking, but the hotel itself really needs refurbishment - or at least my room desperately needed to be upgraded. It was very dark and the window didn't shut properly, plus there were gaping holes in tiling surrounding plumbing next to electric shower - not good! Fine for one night, good... more

This hotel was amazing!! everything you could ask for in you room. Hairdryer, trouser press, more than one towel etc. The swimming pool and fitness area was fantastic, i got up extra early just to enjoy a spa, sauna then swim. The staff were so frindly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and plenty on offer. Only fault didn't know... more

There must be good hotels in Perth but this isn't one of them! I have just travelled all over Scotland staying in some wonderful hotels and B&B's near Fort William, on Skye and near Loch Ness. After a long day travelling I stopped at this BW. Unfortunately I have found this hotel extremely disappointing. My room needs a complete refurbishment... more

I stayed at this hotel whilst in the area on business. Free off-road parking area adjacent to the hotel. Check-in was quick and the lady on reception was very polite and welcoming. If possible try to get one of the deluxe rooms on the 5th floor. These have more floorspace. Room was very clean and well equipped. WiFi was free... more

This hotel needs a lot of work to bring it up to date. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful, plus there was no charge for room service! But the rooms were crying out for refurishment and walls were thin as paper - the bedroom door slamed shut as were on a sping so that was a... more

My Wife and I stayed here as we where attending a pals party, and as it was last minute, we had to stay at a hotel in perth. I really wished we hadn`t, to start with we had to wait whilst the receptionist came back from her break, as the person behind the desk couldn`t access the room availabilty, when... more

Having previously stayed at this hotel we just booked again without checking up to date reviews. On reading some of the current reviews we were a bit wary and having recommended the hotel for one our friends for the same stay began to panic. No need our friend arrived at 6.00am, asked if he could have an early check in!- no problem-... more

After reading other reviews, I was a little doubtful about booking this hotel. However, I was really wanting a hotel in Perth with a swimming pool and as this was the only one, I decided to take the risk. I am glad I did. I booked a B&B deal for only £75 for 2 people in a twin room. Although... more
