This hotel was absolutely terrible. We had to wait patiently for sometime to check in. Once we did we got told we had been allocated a twin room and not a double room (as we had requested). Even though we had selected the double room option when booking and had noted on the special requests box that we wanted a... more

I stayed at the Ramada for 3 nights over the bank holiday. I didn't have my car with me luckily, as the car park was pretty small, but better than offering no parking at all i suppose! There were lots of bikes filling it as it was the first weekend of the biker season, so lots of shiny bikes to... more

My son as a treat for my 50th Birthday decided to take us to this hotel , myself and husband had visited it before and always enjoyed our stay. This time we were put in an old part of hotel we had never stayed in before , the rooms were old fashioned and dreary and there was no water coming... more

Room was dirty on arrival and after waiting over half an hour we were let in to not much of an improvement. This is at 4 o'clock!! Restaurant stank of sewage, food was ok but really our appetites had gone due to the foul smell. Staff tried their best for us and when we spoke to a manager an incoherent... more

Poor standard of decor, looks tired and old. Obviously in need of some decoration. Staff have about as much enthusiasm as the broken tv in our room. Dust everywhere in the lounge! Restaurant was a shambles, waitresses looked bored and spoke barely any english. Plus - awful stink of sewage or toliets in the restaurant. When commented this at reception... more

My husband I stayed here for a weekend away to celebrate valentines day. We recieved vouchers for our Christmas and decided to use them to get away... Hotel was ok...bit hard to find...but I think that was my fault as I had got bad directions from the internet. There was a small car park, but we got into it ok.... more

We recently booked ourselves a free stay here courtesy of one of Tesco's clubcard deals and were pleasantly surprised (having read some negative reviews on this website). There were no complaints about our room - it was clean and bright and looked as if it had been recently refurbished. The best bit about this hotel is its water feature though!... more

I regularly visit Perth and prefer to stay at the Ramada . The rooms have recently been refurbished, it has good food and a comfortable lounge and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is well located with main shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk. more

We've just returned from a two night break and have to say we were very happy with this hotel. Having stayed at a couple of Ramada's and had differing experiences I was a little concerned at what we'd get. I booked through an agent for DBB for 2 nights for 2 couples myself and my friend had booked a days... more

When you see the name Ramada in the States, it actually stnds for quality and value. Status wise, its up there with Marriot, Hilton and the rest. Well, in Perth, this is sadly not the case. Cold, single glazed rooms. No lift, not that that bothered me personally, but for those not as sprightly as some this could be an... more
