Pitcullen Guest - I would recommended to anyone travelling around Scotaland as a central basis in visiting other parts of Scotland. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also Peter was great host in advising us of places of interest. I was surprised in the good selection of breakfast on offer - fresh fruit salad, muesli, cereals, fruit... more

Spent two nights at Pitcullen Guest House, Perth. What a fantastic place with very friendly First Class service. I live in the Middle East and enjoy traveling all over the world and coming from a hospitality background I was impressed by the standards offered and I found it to be great value for money. i certainly would return again. We stayed here for 1 night on a cycling holiday. We arrived having just cycled 60 miles in heavy rain, so were cold and very wet. The rooms were very clean, warm and welcoming and Peter offered to let us use the tumble dryer to dry our clothes. The breakfast was excellent- fresh fruit, croissents/muffins, cereals, juices as well as... more

We went to Scotland for the first time to see Tattoo in Edinburgh and Runrig at Scones – but the third great experience was Pitcullen Guesthouse! We felt very much at home during our stay in the nice B&B with great breakfast, you are a superb landlord. Thanks a lot for guiding us to distilleries, great naturespots, good pubs etc.... more

We travelled as a group of 7 and had booked the Pitcullen B&B for two nights last weekend as famous Scottish band Runrig was playing a 17500 people concert at nearby Scone Palace and the whole B&B was taken over by Runrig fans. Peter was the perfect host and couldn't have been more accomodating to our fun but crazy bunch.... more

My partner and I spent one night at the Pitcullen guest house for Easter, we were lucky as we booked very late and the place had a last minutes cancellation, there are so many places to stay in Perth, it is quite difficult to chose. However, this one was recommended by friends who stayed before and we were delighted that... more

Peter is as warm and welcoming as anyone could possibly want. The Guest House is way better than comfortable - it is charming, clean, spacious and the rooms are all that. The bed was so comfortable! Peter adds lots of little extras - fresh flowers, mints, heated towels, ironed pure cotton sheets and lots of local knowledge and advice. High... more
