Like to highly recommend this guest house. John and Jan Bradley make an excellent team, very welcoming and provide a most comfortable accommodation. The standards of food and rooms are high, breakfast is piping hot on hot plates!! Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

Fantastic guest house. John made us feel right at home. We only stayed for one night but would happily return. John gave us a discount voucher to a great restuarant down the road where we had a fantistic meal. The rooms are extremely clean and well appointed. Free wifi, tea and coffe etc, and a great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Stayed 1 night on business trip to Perth. Made very welcome. Attention to detail in room incl. carafe of water, fridge with "real" milk, free wi-fi and so on.
