yes as the title of the review suggests my wife and I were rewarded at the rewind festival by being lucky enough to book this wonderful guest house. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left Sharyn and Bruce treated us like members of the family. Nothing was any bother to them and both went out of their... More

We discovered this wonderful place by accident and ended up staying 3 nights. Bruce and Sheryn are wonderful hosts and very nice people. We were going to stay in Edinburgh but decided to stay in Perth and commute for the tourist attractions. Extremely high quality accommodation and walking distance to Perth City.

We stayed one night in the two interconnecting rooms, which were wonderful, definitely five star quality, and we had the best nights sleep of our two week holiday. Sheryn and Bruce are really friendly and pointed us in the direction of a great restaurant for the evening. Wish we had booked to stay for longer. We will be back!

This is the first time in 10 years we did not stay in Dunkeld road for B & B, but what a wonderful surprise we got when we got out of the car, the garden was lovely, Bruce meet us with a smile and a handshake and he was most welcoming, we had a twin room with a brilliant view,... More

I had a lovely stay at the Taythorpe Guest House for one night. The B+B is easy to find, and you can just park inside their grounds so you are not leaving your car in the main road. Sheryn is a wonderful host, and very friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. I am sure if you asked for something, she... More

This was probably the star place of the whole trip – we stayed in 7 different places altogether. Perth seems short of good places to stay and this was a real find by any standard. The room was large, very comfortable and exceedingly well appointed with a large bathroom, with bath, ensuite. Although the rather beautiful house is on a... More

We had a harty breakfast looking out to the back garden. Would recommend a stay to anyone, but try for more than 1 night. Would love to stay again... More

Simply WOW! Stunning accomodation of the very highest standard coupled with amazing owners who made us feel most welcome. I doubt you will a higher standard of B&B in the area or dare I say all of Scotland?? Thanks to Sheryn and Bruce for a real "Home from Home" stay.
