Travelled to Tummel Valley with friends at the start of June on a £9.50 Sun holiday & have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The road taking you there isnt the best but once we negotiated it we were met by a very nice girl at reception who ran through our welcome pack with us, told us about pool opening... more

We visited the bar ordered 1 vodka + tin of irn bru + 1 pint of carling £6.80!! the bar prices are ridiculously expensive, we made our way to the seating area... more

just got back from a long weekend at tummel valley and thought it was very nice. my 2 kids are 10 and 8 and although the younger one enjoyed the kids club,my older one was a bit bored.i would say that the kids entertainment is for the eights and under. we stayed in a 3 bedroom lodge and thought it... more

What a fantastic place. Ignore all the bad reviews!! We booked and stayed for 3 nights from the 27th Dec 08 in a 3 bedroom lodge. The lodge was great it had everything you could possible want and the location next to the river was very nice. Ok, the restuarant and bar area needs updating as it was quite old,... more

Just returned from a 7 night stay at Tumell Valley. Overall I would say the family enjoyed the holiday however there are several things that could have made our holiday much more enjoyable. Accommodation We stayed in a Sycamore Caravan which was clean, spacious and close to the main complex, as of most caravans we have experienced the furnishings were... more

As some of the other reviews of this particular park We have just returned from what COULD be one of the nicest holiday parks in the UK however Parkdean must splash the cash out and refurbish the rundown club and kids entertainment areas(inside and out). Daniel the entertainments manager was superb, what an enthusiastic fun and talented guy, probabily the... more

Just returned from a family weekend here and we loved it. we stayed in the new lodges and they were brilliant, almost new, with everything you would need. The lodges were spotless, well equipped, and spacious. We were there to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary and it was just the kind of thing they enjoy, having all the family... more

Having just read the last review I have to agree with them 100%. Unfortunately the only difference for us is that we stayed in one of the standard Rannoch lodges and not a luxury one. We didn't experience any problems checking in but once the key went in the lodge door my heart sank. Unmade beds revealing aged & lumpy... more

We arrived at Tummel Valley on the 10th of August. Brought our 21 month old daughter and her grandparents. We had to wait an age to be checked in, as our lodge wasn't ready. The surly young lady at the reception appeared to have absolutely no interest in our frustration, simply telling us to come back in 30 minutes. Which... more
