Delightful evening at the Harbourside! Warm room and water, cozy blankets and great people. Dinner down the street at the Ship was perfect, nice atmosphere with great food and drink! Right next to the train station/20€ taxi from Preswick

Hotel is literally around the corner from the rail station. Parking can be tight until after 5PM as commuters take up the spaces. However we were able to get an off strret spot we could see from the room. Room was at the from of the hotel, right over the street, but it was very quiet nonetheless. Hotel looks to... More

Wasn't sure when arrived as no one there to book us in, but got there eventually. Is a small hotel run by two people so no luxuries here its more like a B&B, no bar or really anything. In saying that the room was clean and well kept with tea, coffee and a microwave and fridge so cheap and cheerful.... More

I stayed here when visiting Glasgow for the Commonwealth Games on 2nd August. I decided to stay further afield than the City due to availability and prices - one hotel (4 star) wanted £800 for the night - an increase of £650 for normal prices! I found the Harbourside to be fine. The room was adequate for my son and... More

Stayed for one night - that was enough. Room pretty basic, nothing really matched and wasn't that sure about the cleanliness. Staff were very pleasant, though would have been nice to hear the early morning chatter before 7am. Breakfast was good but to finish at 9am on a weekend morning please reconsider. Downstairs room extremely cold, please look at additional... More

If you want cheap and cheerful, then stay here! I had a double room to myself. Overlooking the harbour. Wash hand basin in the room, toilet and shower in the corridor. The access was via a coded door, no landlord. Breakfast was downstairs in a huge room, microwave, fridge, with milk and butter. Cereal, toaster, bread, jam/marmalade. DIY. Tea/coffee kettle... More

I stayed in an upstairs room. There was thick dust, and I found an old sock poking out from beneath the bed. The bed was lumpy and I did'nt get much sleep. The shower was disgusting! Covered in orange mould - so I went out, bought bleach - and scrubbed it clean. Also had a broken lock on my door... More

Andy greeted us personally and welcomed us is as if we were old friends. Carmen made sure we were looked after and makes a great breakfast. The location is perfect for trains and shopping, there's little to no noise and the place was clean and tidy. Good rates, great service, will stop here again next time I'm in the area
