We received a lovely warm welcome and were offered tea and biscuits in her lovely lounge on arrival, which made you feel right at home. Our room was lovely and had a very nice breakfast, would defiantly go back and would recommend staying here for anyone.

A home away from home lovely rooms in a nice area and very very friendly lady just like a grandma who is always giving you her utmost attention and lovley food, would definatley return and would highly recommend. Service was fabulous couldn't of asked for a better place:) xxx

Four star guest house with 5 star owners. Beautiful house, fantastic hosts, really nice rooms and wonderful breakfast. Diane is a treasure and makes you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. Anyone visiting Irvine need look no further.

Diana and Jim provide wonderful hospitality in a superbly renovated house, full of character and warmth. It is both comfortable and welcoming, enhanced by the hosting of Diana and Jim. We will certainly be planning to stay there again.

Even if you don't have to go to Irvine and you're passing you should make a point to stay at least one night in this well renovated and decorated Guest House.Good location for shops,ample parking and the hospitality is first class.
