We stayed at Ardgye House for two lovely, restful nights. It is a magnificent Edwardian mansion, with magical gardens teeming with wildlife, lots of birds, red squirrels and deer. The rooms are really spacious, and as it was cold when we were there the owners kindly put additional heating in so we would be nice and warm. It is so... More

WOW! Where do you start with this beauty! The building is absolutely fantastic and the photos do it no justice. The rooms are huge and are decorated in keeping with the age and beauty of the house. It is set in the most amazing ground which you can gaze upon over a lovely breakfast, watching local wildlife (red squirrels and... More

Have stayed twice at this accommodation in the last few months and could not fault it in any way. Very welcoming owner, beautiful and spacious rooms and the best breakfast choice I have ever come across even in 5 star hotels. Despite all this the price is extremely competitive. I would recommend Ardgye House without any hesitation and would not... More

A visit to Ardgye House is a fabulous "must do" experience. This beautiful family home was a pleasure to stay in.Very friendly with spacious, spotlessly clean rooms and a superb breakfast that will set you up for a days sightseeing in this picturesque part of Scotland. There is a huge sitting room that you can relax in at any time while warming... This is a very cool B&B. It's like a tiny manor house out in the woods. Great atmosphere. And we were so pleased to see the size of our room! After staying in several very nice but rather small rooms in B&Bs all over England and Scotland, we were so relieved to finally have a huge room where we could... More

Mine was an (unfortunately) far too short business stay – only 2 nights, but found this a simply outstanding location which would have equally been a perfect tourist venue, especially suited to couples, perhaps. I booked directly with the the Ardgye but had to change my plans, which was accommodated with good grace. Alastair was very prompt and efficient in... More

We found this lovely B & B from the excellent reviews on tripadvisor and can only confirm the top ratings. Large size rooms with comfortable seating area and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was just amazing, fresh organic products and perfectly cooked - thanks Alistar - much better than in many high star rated hotels. We also had the chance to observe... More

We stayed in this B&B for 2 nights in August when we travelled up for a family wedding. Altogether I booked 3 rooms, the Family Room, A double room and a twin room. I can honestly say that myself and my family were gobsmacked at the size & quality of the rooms. Myself, my wife and my 2 kids were... More

WOW, I was left speechless at the service and the B&B itself. It was absolutely great. We needed somewhere to sleep for one night before the Moray Marathon and this B&B was perfect we had a nice chilled out night. We went and got a take away and Carol allowed us to eat in in the dining room and brought... More

We have stayed in many B+B's around Scotland but this is the first one that we have actually felt the need to review: We have to share this placed with everone. We found Ardgye House offered one of the most spectacular, relaxing and best placed locations to enjoy the Morayshire area. Upon arrival we were welcomed warmly and shown to... More
