My son and I went back in September for a second trip. This time we stayed on the ground floor overlooking the Clyde. It was just as wonderful as our first trip, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to go back again if in the area. Thank you Premier Inn and staff.

its a long way home from lewis to where we live so we broke the journey with an overnighter at greenocks prem.inn.having stayed at a b&b on skye on the way up cos of an early ferry we opted to travel further down and so stayed at Greenock.it looked brand new and I was surprised to discover from sandy the... The room, staff and price were surprisingly very good. Having originally lived in Greenock most of my life I didn't expect to find the quality that this hotel gave us. The premier inn company have given the hotel a very good make over wihich has given the place a 4 star look. The staff were very helpful and the price... More

Only had a brief one night stay here to attend a wedding anniversary party. The room was very modern and comfortable. No noise at all from outside or other residents. Had dinner at the adjoining pub which was good for that type of place. Didn't have breakfast as had to hit the road. We didn't have a view of the... More

Staff very friendly. Easy check-in and out. Very clean in all areas and rooms. Central location easy to find. Ample parking in front of hotel and next door to the brewers fayre restraunt. Stayed here for closeness to a gig at the Beacon Theatre.

Stayed for 4 nights wish I had booked longer, room was excellent and views were unbelievable, staff were very helpful. I couldn't recommend this hotel more. Excellent price if you book in advance. I did not eat at Restaurant but there is plenty of good food/takeaways close by.

Can't argue with the value for money aspect, we were in the new section which was a bit of a walk from the main desk. The room was very well appointed and there is nothing really negative to say about the accommodation. What did let the place down was the breakfast, we had paid to add breakfast and it was... More

The hotel is not the greatest Premier Inn, however it has a great location on the river and is backed up by a great bar and restaurant (pub). Staff are friendly, however the rooms are really basic. Price is good and the hotel does the job, just don't expect anything like some of the newer Premier Inns. Despite me giving... More

Friendly, helpful and attentive staff made a good location even better. Can't fault quality of rooms, always clean and fresh, with a good shower. If pub grub is all you need, Premier Inn is just fine and is good value for money. There's an added bonus of views across the Clyde at this restaurant. Would recommend this one to others.

I stayed for 2 nights in the newly refurbished wing, the rooms there are highly recommended. As you would expect in a Premier Inn the bed was large and very comfortable, an immaculately clean room, big TV with all the connections you could want and at a very reasonable £66.50 per night including breakfast. The only negative was that the... More
