Had a stay over in nairn and had booked online. When I arrived was met with a smile and friendly service. The rm was perfect size and very clean. The food was fantastic both dinner and breakfast. The view was to die for over the sea looking at the mountains in the distance. Would definitely recommend it and stay here... More

It was a very pleasant change to have a member of staff to show you directly to your room and highlight the facilities within the hotel, unlike the larger hotels where it is rhymed off at the reception desk then a finger pointed in the direction of your room. Staff remembering your name and ensuring everything from your table and... More

Overall it was a great location the food in the restaurant was of very high standard the rooms and decor could do with a bit of an update but other than that I wouldn't say anything bad! All staff extremely friendly!!

We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2015. The room was comfortable if a little cramped. We ate in the bar on our first night and in the restaurant on the second. The bar and restaurant food were both good and there was a good selection of real ales and a malt whisky menu.

Stayed here for one night, the staff were super friendly & helpful. The room was nicely presented with an en suite and tea/coffee making facilities.Had our evening meal in the restaurant, it was great and the view was fantastic. When we got home we realised we had left something behind in the room, we phoned and they are posting it to... Visited the Bar this week for a bar meal - it was a rather standard bar food - the bar was rather dark and uninviting - nice welcome from Manager but after that waitress was rather bored we felt and certainly not friendly. Two of us had the sweet chilli chicken served with rice - it tasted strongly of sweet... More

Wonderful wee hotel ideally located and not too overpriced. Had a 2 course meal and I must admit that their Steak and Ale Pie is 1 of the best I've tasted. Highly recommend. They also have a vast selection of real ales which are very reasonably priced and very thirst quenching. Would definitely come back here for their Real Ale... More

While the the position, restaurant and bar were great, the rooms posed more of a problem. We had booked two singles with sea view long in advance, discovering only at the hotel that in fact they posess only one. One could easily have mentioned this fact in one of several mail exchanges. One room had a moulding shower curtain that... More

You did not book two sea view rooms - you stated on your online booking form "sea view preferred" and you were allocated the only sea view single room in the hotel. None of us could see the marks you complained of on your shower curtain. We changed it twice then fitted a brand new curtain. We replaced the mirror... More

We recently stayed at your hotel and enjoyed very much the friendliness of the staff, the food and the position of the hotel. The views from the rooms was amazing and the golf course very near. We would stay again if up in Nairn.
