Wanted to express our appreciation of the staff at this hotel outstanding kindness and professionalism shown by everyone we encountered. Just wish we had booked earlier and had been fortunate enough to have had an upstairs room. Food quality was excellent and particularly loved the freshly baked bread.

On our two week vacation to Scotland, we stayed two nights at the Boath House. From the minute we drove up until we left, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff quickly provided help a couple of times that was needed to make our trip successful. Our room was refreshing, spotless, and fully equipped with all of the niceties expected... More

For our Silver Wedding Anniversary our daughter treated us to Dinner Bed and Breakfast at this Michelin star Hotel. On arrival you are made very welcome, you are invited to sit in a very nice lounge with a drink until they escort you to your room. We had been booked into Room 6 which is a cottage a little way... If you are ever come up to this part of Scotland and want a very special place to stay, it had to be Boath House. You get the feeling that you are a house not a hotel guest, this is a family run affair and you really get a sense that they love what they do and want to make... More

Visited for afternoon tea for a family birthday, lived close by for years and thought it was time to investigate. Really glad we did; comfortable, relaxed, good service and lovely food. Take a while to explore the gardens too.

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend here in Room 6 which is a small cottage surrounded by woodland but just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It's perfect if you have a dog with you. Boath House is a stately building in peaceful gardens with a small lake. Inside, the sitting room is comfortable, has a roaring fire and an interesting selection... More

The setting and the gardens are stunning. The interior of the building is well-kept but very sporadic and, in my opinion, jumbled. It needs a good interior decorator to come along and rearrange things. Our room was small and overpriced. We did not have dinner there, but we were given some rude looks for bringing in our own food.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on our page. We are glad you enjoyed the setting and the gardens, however based on very positive feedback (much of which is listed on the same page as this review) regarding the décor of the hotel, we are quite happy with the layout and furnishings and see no... We went whisky tasting in spayside and stayed in this hotel after arriving at Inverness airport. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are cosy and in good shape. You'll want for nothing in there. The food is also amazing. We had the 6 course and it was presented and cooked to perfection. A really solid dining experience. Breakfast was... More

As a group of friends we had a great break at Boath House. It has 8 rooms and is a delightful Georgian House, situated in extensive grounds. The rooms were very smart, particularly the 1st floor rooms at the rear of the house, nice decor, very smart bathrooms. The food was excellent, really 1st class; it has an interesting wine... More
