Yes, Greenlawns did it again. An absolutely faultless B&B with each room completely individual and full of homely touches. The whole establishment is top quality and, this time, our lovely, completely silent room overlooked the garden and had the largest en-suite bathroom I have ever seen. The tea/coffee tray in the room is the best stocked ever, the breakfasts are... more

The weather didn't cooperate, but we still enjoyed our stay at Greenlawns. Our hostess was very willing to provide whatever information we needed and also visit with us. Beautiful garden, nice room and great breakfast. Wish we would have had more time and nicer weather to spend in the area. more

We stayed at the greenlawns as the first part of a holiday in scotland and really wished we could have stayed longer, definitely the best B&B we stayed in for the whole trip. We stayed in one of the larger rooms, but it was really big so I'm guessing the other rooms where big too. Quiet, clean, great staff and... more

Nairn is a small town on the Morney Firth a giant bay opening out to the North Sea. Although better known for golf, Nairn is a peaceful seaside town, east of Inverness, on the main road between Aberdeen and Inverness. Greenlawns is several blocks off the main highway in a peaceful location. Rooms are clean, service is excellent, and the... more

What a wonderful place! Our room was excellent as was breakfast in the dining room. Sheelagh is an excellent host who has it down pat - upbeat, friendly, down to earth attitude, and soooo helpful too! She has lovely staff working with her. We had a wonderful stay, will highly recommend it, and will return if ever in the area... more

The comfiest bed in a tastefully decorated room with the largest en-suite bathroom - and in the morning you can have kippers or smoked haddock or salmon, fresh fruit, and home made marmalade to die for. The hostess is the mostest - the cheeriest welcome and the warmest hospitality this side of paradise. more

My partner and I have just returned from a weekend in Nairn. We spent 2 nights at Greenlawns and cannot recommend it enough. Sheelagh is so friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and tend to our needs, we even got offered room service. We were sad to leave and check into the Golf View... more

Stayed three nights. Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable room. The King was a suprise, but the bath is very tiny. Good breakfast. Nairn made a great base. The Bengal might be up to something... more

Have never felt so welcomed to a place before! It was like we´ve met before. Choosed this accomodation after reading all the nice reviews and we were not disappointed! Lovely big rooms with everything you need. But for a Swede it´s very unusual with a wall-to-wall carpet in the bathroom! The hosts were very helpful with suggestions of restaurants, trips... more
