We stayed here for three nights in August. Check in was good, the staff and owners are really friendly and helpful. They showed us to our rooms and even explained how the locks work. Stayed many times in this area on business trips. Now always stay at covenanters as the best value, clean, comfortable and the staff and owners always look after the guests to make everyone welcome. Rooms are small but in character. Can't beat this traditional inn but don't go if you really prefer all the mod cons of a hotel.

I stayed here with a few friends a couple of weeks ago and it was outrageous. First off, there was food under the pillow, the chairs were filthy and the food was terrible. If you are planning a trip to Nairn I suggest you stay far, far away from this place as it isn't any where near average.

Stayed here last week with a party of friends was so disappointed as the rooms were not clean. The chairs in the rooms were covered in dirty marks.
