We stayed for 7 nights and found this b and b to be very comfortable and well furnished. The owner was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. You chose the night before what you wanted and what time you wanted to eat and left the sheet downstairs. You have your own keys to let yourself in. We were 3... More

I booked late for a friends wedding that happened to be on the same weekend as the Highland games so the wedding hotel was out, but the Cawdor House B and B had on least room and was located at the end of the Main Street so I reckoned it was luck indeed... Well I was lucky, a family run,... More

Stayed 2 nights as part of a small group tour. Beautiful room, nice bathroom with heated towel rack and very good food. The hosts were excellent-friendly and very conscientious of our comfort. Great, quiet location, enjoyed walking to the beach. Location is central to many attractions.

Great B&B with a lovely breakfast. Very central but yet quiet with a nice couple as hosts, thank you for a great time although we had such bad weather when visiting Loch Ness! We loved the big room with ensuite and a big bathtub! :-)

We stayed for one night in Nairn, and we picked the Cawdor at random on the internet, what a good choice, the rooms were clean, comfortable and of a good size. The proprietor was very friendly and informative, we stay in many b and b's and we all agreed that the breakfast was the best we have ever had and... More

Unexpected stay here due to being let down last minute at another B&B. Checked out the reviews and this looked a good last minute option. Only a king-sized room left which we took even though it was above our budget. The room was large, clean with good en-suite. However, arriving at short notice the heating had not been on and... More

Sparkling clean, wonderful room, friendly hosts, conveniently located. It doesn't get any better than this. Because I have celiac disease, I am always grateful to folks like this who went out of their way to find gluten-free sausages and bread. It makes my life easier, and says that these people really care about their guests. Two very minor negatives. No... More

I spent several nights at Cawdor House B&B in July of this year, so a bit late with the review. I have traveled extensively and this is the first time I have felt that I absolutely needed to write a review. The B&B is lovely, very clean and well furnished. I loved that my room was bright and cozy, the... More

The friendliness and service at Cawdor House is outstanding. Perfectly positioned, clean, private, great food, and a very short walk to all facilities. The hosts happily went out of their way to provide us with a small request, which really made us feel warm and welcome from a long journey from Australia.
