Just had a great few days at Cawdor House with friends. Paul and Dora went out of their way to make us welcome. So handy for train station. Room was lovely as were dining and sitting rooms - all spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious too. Really can't fault this place in any way shape of form! Defo 5*

Spent four nights here with a friend. Fabulosity house and furnished to suit the building. Paul, the owner was very informative of the history of the house and the area. House and rooms were spotless and very welcoming. Paul showed us around the house and every room had different features. A four poster bed in one,and a lovely garden room.... More

Stayed with friends at Cawdor House recently and had a great time!! Paul and Dora really made us feel at home, the room was generously sized and very comfortable - and the breakfast was fantastic with that locally sourced feel that makes all the difference. Cawdor House is well positioned in Nairn, with plenty of places to eat nearby, and... More

This was my second visit to Cawdor House. I enjoyed it every bit as much as the first time. The bedroom, this time on the ground floor, was quiet, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable & I slept well. The en suite bathroom was great with everything I needed in toiletries. I enjoyed the use of the guest... More

The accommodation in Cawdor House is excellent, I along with 5 of my friends spent a relaxing and enjoyable weekend in December. Paul and Dora are welcoming hosts, the breakfasts are to die for. Nairn is well placed to explore both the Murray coast and Inverness, there are many good eateries in Nairn and the surrounding area. Will definitely be... More

We stayed at Cawdor House for a few nights in September of 2015 and loved every minute of our time there. From a helpful phone call directing us through construction on our way there, to the generous help with bags and getting settled, we felt cared for from the moment we arrived. The rooms were delightfully cozy, warm and clean.... More

Great place to stay, friendly people. We had a huge room upstairs (super king-size?) with a sofa, daybed and king-sized four poster. The room and en-suite bathroom were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious. Despite the street being so busy, it was very quiet. Only downside is there's no off-street parking which could be an issue for those with mobility problems.

This B&B was a real highlight of my 2 weeks in Scotland. The welcome and overall customer service was brilliant. The rooms (of which we had a 4 poster) was very clean and tidy, and a great size. The breakfast was very well cooked too (although no baked beans - that said I am almost certain if I asked for... More

The B&B is located in a large house conveniently located to downtown Nairn. Mairi and Paul, the owners, are very friendly. My room was large, comfortable, immaculate. Breakfast was delicious. Although by downtown, the place is very quiet. Parking is on the street, but I never had a problem finding a place to park.
