Awful. Drive past Please!!!! I am not at all surprised to read other reviews of similar awful service but still feel the need to add to them. We also were rushed into the dining room on arrival 2020 as diner was being served "NOW" even though the kitchen closed at 2045 and were served very average food. Silly us for... more

My wife and I had a 3 night stay in the Glenmoriston Arms (Fri-Sun) The whole weekend was Excellent from start to Finish. We arrived early afternoon on the Friday and Were greated by Keith, we were 2 hours early but checked in no problem. We stayed in the Moriston 4 poster room, which was more like a suite. The... more

This is not the first time my wife and have stayed here, and it won't be the last either! This a beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of the world. The Host, Keith is most welcoming and he ensured our stay was perfect. Once again the food was excellent, particularly my steak, which was cooked perfectly each time. We have... more

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the Four Poster room and we couldn't have got a better deal. Clean, homely and serves the most delicious scottish food. The bathroom is amazing too, very spacious and has a lovely jucuzzi for two! I would stay again in the future. more

Can I just say that I never looked at Trip Advisor before I booked this hotel as I wanted to go with an open mind. We booked this hotel in May and September for two weekends and found the management and staff very efficient in there jobs, very knowledgeable of the area and of running the hotel. They have a... more

We visited the Glen Morriston Arms, in the Highlands in September of last year and had the most wonderful, friendly welcome. Nick was fantastic and so were the staff. On the first day we were offered use of everything from golf clubs to fishing passes by Nick, he could not have been any more generous. The menu was to die... more

The hotel itself is in a good location and the rooms are fine - overpriced I would say for what you get, but that was the least of it! We were greeted and checked in by a young woman so the poor and rude service we received at this point we put down to inexperience and were vaugely amused by... more

We remember this guest with great fondness. The young girl that is being mention is in fact well trained and very well thought of by the majority of our guests.Regarding the alarm the guest informed us that the alarm was bleeping outside room 2 which the maintenance man changed. He then came down the following night at 2045hrs not 2200hrs as...

On arrival at the hotel we were not greeted, only advised the kitchen was closed even though we had phoned and advised we would be arriving and would want to eat. After some discussion we were told we could eat but it had to be NOW and only one course - how gracious. The staff could really do with some... more

We stayed at this place one night while hiking the Great Glen Way. The service was courteous, rooms very comfortable and clean, good breakfast, superb restaurant. There is a small general store across the street to stock up before the hike. more

After making a hotel booking 3 weeks earlier and checking the booking was in order 2 weeks before our stay we arrived at the Glenmoriston Arms to be told by a rude man with no hotel customer care skills that no e-mails had been sent by me relating to any booking or enquiry! Due to the rudeness of the man... more
