This is a simple but stylish place with an incredible view over the Loch. exceptionally well kept without any clutter and one to return to time and time again. it is one of the best guest houses I've ever stayed in with stunning views

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very nice b&b with nice breakfast and views over the loch. It's located near to the town center where there is enough choice for food and drinks. We did the traintrip which we can recomment, but there are many other activities in the surrounding area.

Cannot fault Fassfern at all. Great position overlooking the bay, especially considering it was the cheapest of the ones we looked at, at least £15 so. The staff were friendly and efficient, breakfast was cooked fresh, made me poached eggs which was great. Parking at the back was ample, as was the size of the room. Some good information on... More

Terry and I were on our lands end to John O'Groats cycle challenge, and needed comfortable, welcoming accommodation for one night and an early start for the next days, ride. Fassfern ticked all the boxes plus many more. Arriving at near the end of the driest and warmest Septembers for some years, the garden display was a delight and a... More

Stayed there recently for 3 nights with my grown up children (first time in Scotand). Ideally situated. Beautiful view. Very clean and very comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Ample parking facilities. No hesitation in recommending this lovely B&B. I wish we could have stayed there for two weeks. I read some of the comments regarding the owner and find it difficult... Fassfern House is a nice clean B&B on Lake Lhinnie, in easy walking distance of Fort William High Street. The room was big but lacked a hair dryer, otherwise everything was ok. The breakfast was good.

My husband and I stayed on 7th August. We had a lovely spacious clean room on the front of the house over looking the lovely loch. Our room was very modern and had everything that you should need. The breakfast was lovely. The only downside is that breakfast time is between 8.15-9.00am which means everyone in the b&b is eating... More

This guesthouse has stunning views across the loch, we were lucky enough to have a front room with huge windows! And short walk from the town itself. We had a fabulous room with high ceilings and a comfy bed, entire house was very clean and breakfast was yum too, perfect start to the day! We were sorry we didn't stay... More
