Nice little place, quite cramped though and wall paper thin, could hear next door talking. they also wouldn't accommodate us for breakfast as we were leaving at 7.30 in the morning to do the caledonian challenge and were starting at 8am. The gave us a breakfast bar, yogurt and apple. more

This Guest House is situated next to the Major Road A82.The noise of the traffic will keep you awake from the early hours in the morning just before 6 o‘clock, it continues until very late into the night. This can be eliminated by closing the windows, but then we found the room became very warm & stuffy. The Guest House... more

My Wife and I stayed here for one night and that was long enough.......... Our stay was a last minute stop and the only room available was the superior room, at a cost of £104.00 per night B&B. Which i thought was okay for a 4 star AA. The recepionist was very helpful and friendly, she showed us to our... more

We road tripped Scotland and found this hotel to be our favorite accommodation. We were provided with a two bedroom suite, to include a bathroom, kitchette including ware, and sitting area for less than the nightly rate paid elsewhere. The rooms were spacious and clean, furnished by IKEA, and the hotel conveniently located. It was more than reasonable walking distance... more

We are a group of friends who booked the Distillery House, on the basis of the web-site description of a top end of the market B&B offering "lovely home-cooked traditional breakfast". Upon booking our accommodation, we received a brochure about the Distillery House which promised home baked shortbread with a dram of whisky upon arrival. It also discussed freshly baked... more

stayed here a few years ago, and was looking forward to returning...but oh, dear...!!!...prices are up, but the service was down.....prices for the in-house whisky/wine were way above bar prices, and the 'new buffet' breakfast, left my meal (at 8.30am) cold, with an overcooked egg, and thin coffee....... still a great location, and accommodation is of a high standard....but things... more

Very sorry to read that you did not enjoy your second visit with us and to be honest iam a bit suprised at some of your views 1.) Over priced Whisky? where else do you get a Complimentary whisky upon arrival? and then £1.10 per single or £2.20 for a Malt? these prices are way below our local pub prices!...
