Pros: Very good and attentive staff. Short walking distance to rail station. Restaurant next door was good, also a McDonalds nearby. Supermarket very close. Cons: The electrical shaver outlet in the bathroom would not work. The bathroom light was extremely dim. The day bed had a broken caster (discovered at bedtime) that left the head of the bed lower than... More

Spent 2 nights here in order to do the Jacobite train trip. The hotel is a brief walk from the station and close to the town centre. Spacious room and bathroom, plenty of power points, large mirrors, great shower. We didn't mind the long walk to our room which was very quiet. Excellent value at £60 a night. We didn't... More

I didn't even stay at this place. It, like everything else in town, was completely booked up. My son and I ended up stranded in Fort William after receiving bad info from Scottish Rail. We were resigned to spending the night on a bus bench with insufficient cover from the rain; AND the bars were letting out. We received a... More

Although it was a good offer I never understand why single use rooms are never as good as twin or double rooms. My room was in a thread baring carpet. There was no view apart from the internal structure of the hotel. Comfortable enough but could have been much better.

The Fort William PE lies on a possibly off centre location, but is in easy walking distance of the town centre and restaurants, as well as adjacent to it own restaurant, MacDonalds and Morrison for the shopping. And close to the Railway station if you want to do the Jacobite!

Usual Premier inn,,,very good staff, charming, try get a low number room ,as ours was at least 150 yards from reception ( I kid you not), shame they have cut down on the amount of tea bags and the like as its a long ,long way to reception to get more if you're a big tea or coffee drinker.

Hotel was very clean, staff pleasant & helpful, good car parking facilities. Walking distance to town. Food in pub next door was good. Would definitely stop there again if ever lucky enough to travel up that far north.

I was pretty impressed by this hotel. Maybe it's because it's a chain and needs to have pretty high standards, but nonetheless, it was great. The bed was really comfortable, as was the couch, and the room was very spacious. It had everything we needed, and with having done big hikes in the area, the comfy bed and cozy bathtub... More

Stayed here last year and have just been back again this year. Again had a nice room with a view of Ben Nevis from the window, and again the room was spotlessly clean and kept so throughout my stay. It really is in a very convenient spot, close to the station, Morrisons and Mcdonalds and only a very short walk... More
