The hotel is basically fine. With a few issues. My room was very small, with no desk space until I consigned the TV and lamp to the floor. Very clean though, well presented. The Grand Hotel must have been a beauty in its day - but has sadly faded into something bordering on a retirement home. Booked for Late May Bank Hols. The Hotel was in a good location for the local High Street;Shop,Pubs and Restaurants. The room was on the small side, The ensuite shower and toilet was cramped for space.I guess this would have been the same in other Fort William properties. This is a perfectly fine option if you are visiting Fort William. The rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. The staff was perfectly friendly. The continental breakfast is already copius and you can order a hot breakfast in addition if you want. It's marked at a three star hotel by various organisations.
