My girlfriend and I stayed in the Cuilcheanna House for two weeks. Kirstie and her mother really love what they do and this made us feel really welcome. As this was our first time in Scotland, Kirstie had great tips and folders for us and even helped out by making some calls for us. She went out of her way... more

Kirstie was great and helpful. Watch out though, she has the English humor. I was expecting the sweet lovely B&B owner, but the sarcasm and wit caught me off guard! After I switched to that mode, we had a great time talking about dogs and stuff. The rooms are large and cozy and the views were amazing. Just a little... more

You will not be disappointed with this B&B. Sitting on the shores of Loch Linnhe the view is stunning, this is accompanied by a warm welcome, well equipped clean rooms with recently refurbished bathrooms, and an excellent breakfast. A drinks menu is also available in the lounge in the evening serving wines, bottled beers, & spirits including a range of... more

We stayed at Cuilcheanna during our roadtrip around Scotland last week. This was one of our top 3 favourite B&Bs - possibly most favourite - of all the places we stayed in. Kirstie, the owner, was nice, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was the best of our trip, compared with 6 other B&Bs around Scotland. The rooms and views of... more

We stayed in this lovely, family run B&B when we visited the area to climb Ben Nevis and explore the surrounds. It is located about a 10-15min drive from Fort William. The owners were very friendly and were more than willing to help us out with our queries on the area. Rooms were warm and cosy with spotless ensuite. Tea,... more

We stayed at this lovely B&B over Easter as were up in the Highlands to climb Ben Nevis. The gardens and house are really lovely, as was the room we stayed in - all delightfully decorated. There is a lovely large sitting room, with an open fire, which we made good use of most nights - especially with some cards... more

Stayed for a week & enjoyed every minute. A great location for Fort William, Ben Nevis, Glen Coe, etc & set in an ideal spot away from the main road virtually on the shores of the loch, with views of the hills. Extremely welcoming & hospitable hosts. Lots of home comforts & excellent breakfasts. Highly recommended - should be on... more

We were the first visitors to stay in this lovely B&B after the new owners had taken over running this and were really impressed how much effort they took to ensure our stay was both comfortable and memorable. The breakfast options were great and the location overlooking the Loch made our stay and short visit to this area definitely worth... more

This B&B has new owners since October 2007. They take great care in making the guests feel welcome and are very friendly. The rooms are lovely, spacious, very clean and warm. There's a beautiful lounge where you can relax and enjoy the view of the Loch. There's a good choice for breakfast, from continental (toast, cereals etc) to cooked. We... more
