we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights because we were getting married in fort william and had the reception at the hotel, the service from everyone was excellent the staff were so friendly nothing was to much trouble for them. we ended up stopping 2 extra nights. more

The Facade and the location of the hotel can be totally misleading - the rooms are small and totally in need of redecoration. Our bathroom shower was broken and in our friend's room there was no water. Wouldnt recommend this at all - glad we just stayed 1 night. more
