The company booked this hotel. Stayed here before and enjoyed it. Now it seems the staff lost interest in taking care of guests. Stayed for 1 night on a business trip. The hotel was close to the town centre. I stayed in a cheapest twin room, and it was not refurbished. The door was thin, and the lock was difficult to deal with. However, the scenery from the room was just gorgeous. I do recommend to ask for rooms on the lake side! more

I felt just at home at the Alexandra hotel, the staff made us feel comfortable and we had a great room, it was spacious and had a great view over the town. We booked through Classic Britian Hotels whom i would reccommend greatly as they have great deals. more

It was very dissapointing! We were told we had been given a superior suite and for the money we were paying we thought it would be as described - superiour..
