It was a horrible experience. Being renovated. Very old. Many of guests housed in apartments behind the hotel with bare floors meaning you can hear people walking around above you. Apartments are spread out so you have to walk around kitchen with no dishes etc to get to some bedrooms. All food served over in the hotel so you have... More

Modern design, comfortable bed, very spacious room, and very clean. Excellent service from the staff who were very polite, efficient and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here. We stayed as a one night stop off point on a road-trip but I'm sure it's equally great for a longer stay.

This hotel features a Browns restaurant, which was very nice. The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms were quite contemporary and nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Overall, clean and quite nice. Its about a 7 minute walk into town - too far if you have to trundle luggage but easy if you are catching... More

We were assigned a large room on the first floor. Perhaps because it was a room designed for those with disabilities it was very large and comfortable. It was clean, new and well appointed. Breakfast was very good. Relatively short walk into town, and also the station if not too much luggage.

Called in on the off chance for a room for my niece and I and the service was fantastic. The room was large and room service food could not be faulted and price was what I expected for high season. We would both stay there again and would recommend this to anyone who wants great accommodation in a beautiful setting.

Recently stayed the night at the Nevis Bank Inn, brilliant hotel, could not fault the service at both the reception and all other staff. The food was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast, the room was high standard, not a single complaint from us. Would definitely stay again as a first choice.

Stayed two nights in fort William and only just managed to get booked as it was so busy that weekend however glad we did as it was in a good location, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Good location close to train station and Morrison's (5 main walk). Only downer is that of the price which we thought was quite expensive... More

Stayed here one night and was very impressed with friendly, helpful staff. The modern room was spotless as was the bathroom. We ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and enjoyed the food which was beautifully presented. If I am in the area again I would not hesitate to return to this property.

This hotel is on the main Inverness road a few hundred yards from the railway station and town centre, so rooms at the back are quieter (apart from the Council bin lorry at 6.30am on Mondays!). Staff were friendly and our room was fine, though the walls were rather thin and the floor creaky. Fortunately everything went quiet in the... More
